Providence Health & Services Expands Use of Concuity’s Services and Extends Current Contract

Vernon Hills, Ill., March 22, 2006 - Concuity, a trusted provider of healthcare revenue cycle reimbursement solutions, today announced that Providence Health & Services has decided to implement Concuity’s web-based ClearContracts(tm) application in their eastern Washington and Montana service areas. Providence Health & Services also agreed to extend its current contract with Concuity, which covers service for western Washington and Alaska facilities, for an additional five years. Providence Health & Services has over 170 different rate schedules, many of which have very complex reimbursement terms. After seeing noticeable results using Concuity’s application in some of their facilities, their finance team decided to expand its use so other facilities could reap the same benefits. “When Providence Health & Services originally selected Concuity a couple of years ago, we made a commitment as an organization to help them achieve their revenue goals,” said Robert Watson, president and CEO of Concuity “We are glad to have been able to help Providence and we look forward to implementing the additional facilities.
