  • Store all Contracts and related documents in an electronic searchable file format, and automatically enter paper documents into the System by facsimile
  • Store certain financial terms of Contracts agreed upon by the parties (e.g., rates, payment mechanisms, services, codes, exclusions/carve-outs, and stop-loss)
  • Profile Contracts using operational, financial, and legal/regulatory contractual provisions, as set forth in the Documentation
  • Search Contracts by pre-defined or Customer-defined key words or legal provisions
  • Document and track data pertaining to Payers and other entities with which Customer has Contracts
  • Store certain capitation provisions agreed upon by the parties (e.g., provisions related to PMPM, division of financial responsibility, risk pools, and cap funds)
  • Store drafts of Contracts, amendments to Contracts, and correspondence related to negotiation of Contracts
  • Track history of billing/collections and other operational incidences within Contract records to be used for future negotiations and Contract clarifications
  • Maintain templates of preferred or pre-approved Contract terms and Rate Schedules for future reference or use
  • Utilize an electronic glossary of default contracting terms within the system
  • Track and issue reminders regarding Contract renewals, rate changes, and certain other deadlines
  • Track completion of tasks related to Contract negotiation, approval, and implementation
  • Issue reminders via email regarding workflow tasks
  • Track certain Customer-related organizations and services and assign responsibility for Contracts to specific individuals based on Customer-defined criteria
  • Access Contract rates, instructions, and obligations via the Internet in a secure web-based environment
