Our training curriculum provides hands-on courses for the ClearContracts products and uses a structured format that points out common user mistakes and misconceptions, develops practical techniques in Revenue Recovery, and provides real-world application tips for optimum success.
ClearContracts Certification
Our certification programs will help you differentiate yourself and your company in the marketplace. We offer comprehensive, on- and off-site training that focuses on real-world application practices. Concuity’s instructors come from the hospital business office and managed care environment. They offer unique insights into the management of the healthcare revenue cycle.
The courses are ideal not only for Concuity customers but can also be utilized by business partners, consultants, or anyone wanting to know more about our contract management, denial management, and revenue cycle improvement solutions. Training will help you gain access to a wide variety of resources that will enhance your program’s credibility, accelerate sales efforts, and make your work more efficient.
Upon the successful completion of training, you will receive our stamp of approval as a ClearContracts Certified Professional. ClearContracts Certified Professionals have completed our standardized course and passed our certification exam to ensure that they are able to put the benefits of their ClearContracts system to work for their organization.
Training Environment
- Concuity Training Center - Most training takes place at the Concuity Training Center located in our Vernon Hills, IL facility. At the Training Center, each student is provided with his or her own computer workstation. A projection system allows students to view exactly what the trainer is doing. Class sizes are limited to ensure that each student is provided with individual attention and a comfortable learning environment.
- On-Site Customized Training - All Concuity U training courses can be customized to meet your organizations unique needs. Training can be scheduled at your facility or at other designated sites.
